    Comments: Traffic will be restricted to the passing lane. Speeds will
      be reduced to 65 MPH. Speeds will be reduced again to 40 MPH where 
      workers are present. Traffic will be delineated with flaggers, 
      signs, and devices. A traffic weave will be installed at mile 33 to 
      shift traffic from the passing lane to the driving lane. Weave will 
      delineated with an arrow board, drums, and tubes
